Korres Jasmine Body Milk Does a Body Good

Photobucket

It’s the season for ashy, itchy and scaly skin. After my morning shower, I find myself grabbing one of my many lotions or oils and lathering about 3 pounds of it all over my body. Some work better than others. A new one I’m actually loving is Korres Jasmine Body Milk. About a week ago, while shopping, I saw this body milk on sale and had to purchase! I’m a huge fan of Korres. Their Guava Body butter is one of my staples so I had to try their Jasmine Body Milk. Ever since I used Oscar Blandi’s Jasmine Hair serum, the scent of jasmine has intoxicated me. Such an exotic, delicious, and floral fragrance. Research shows that the smell of jasmine makes you sleep better and gives you a sense of well-being. Jasmine oil is incredibly rare, and the flowers are only picked at night because that’s the only time they bloom. Anyway, not only does the delicious aroma of this captivate me, but this body milk works so well to keep my skin  smooth and hydrated, and the scent lingers the whole day. More than once while sitting next to someone on the subway I’ve been asked what fragrance I’m wearing.  Another reason I love this stuff is it doesn't contain any  Parabens, Synthetic Dyes, Petro-Chemicals, Phthalates, GMO, or Triclosan.

Have you tried any Korres products?

Korres Primer & Winners of Profound Beauty Giveaway

Photobucket

My skin is so super sensitive, it's ridiculous. Because I'm a tan skin mama, the slightest irritation can lead to me having dark marks all over my face for MONTHS! I hate that! Anyway, I always try to use primers on my skin before foundation. They're important because they act as a barrier between your skin and makeup. One that I am adoring, is Korress Silicone Free Primer. I first heard about this because it won Sephora’s best of the best. However, I never pay attention to that. One of the reasons I started beautylogic is because I got tired of so many beauty magazines, and companies claiming that a product was fabulous, but when I got my hands on it, it usually was a dud. Well this product actually lives up to the hype. What I love about this is that most primers do contain silicone which can irritate your skin, but not this one. It’s loaded with vitamin E, jojoba oil and something called edelweiss extract (not sure what that is). What I do know is that this leaves my skin super soft, and moisturized. I haven't had any breakouts at all since using this. Not only that, but my skin looks super flawless, my makeup application is a dream, and it last all day.

I love this stuff.

Have you tried Korres' face primer?

Do you love it?

De Loves Korres Guava Body Butter.

I’m such a girly girl when it comes to scents. I have to leave my house smelling like something, lol. My latest scent is Korres Guava Body Butter. This will be a keeper for a long time for a few reasons. This is such a delicious feminime fruity scent but not overpowering at all. I hate when people walk by me smelling like they were picking pineapples or watermelons all day, it gets on my nerves. This thick lotion is not scented like that. The scent is is so clean, fresh, with a hint of fruit and it moisturizes so well. My skin is so hydrated after using this. A great thing about Korres, is that none of their products contain Parabens, Sulfates, Synthetic Dyes, Petrochemicals ,Phthalates, GMOs and Triclosan.

Right after I shower, I apply this all over my body, and when I’m taking the subway to work, people ask me all day, “What are you wearing, it smells divine.” I never tell though. I’ll only tell my readers.

Do you love Korres Guava Body Butter? I’m really loving a lot of their products.

Do you use anything Korres?

Korres Masque for Skin!

How was your July 4th weekend? Mine was pretty cool. Life has been absolutely insane, but in a great way. I’m so happy that New York is finally acting like we’re in summer. I was getting so sick and tired of the rain. GRRR! Anyway, back to beauty. During the summer months, my skin decides that it wants to act up. All of a sudden, my face becomes a greasy mess, and it’s during this time, that I get huge cystic zits. However, I’m noticing that my skin isn’t behaving as badly. A product that I’ve added to my skin care regime is Korres Masque Deep Cleansing for Oily Skin with Imperfections.

I’d heard about Korres products but had never tried them before. I knew they were from Greece, and upon further research, I found out they were a natural skin care brand. Usually deep cleansing Masque leave my skin incredibly tight, and dry after use, but not this one. When I apply this, I leave it on for around 20 minutes. It has a bit of a cooling effect, and after I remove it, my skin is left very smooth, and soft not tight at all. My pores look much smaller, and best of all, I haven’t broken out yet this summer. This masque is loaded with nourishing ingredients like Cinnanom and Zinc which is supposed to regulate the amount of sebum in your skin. I love it!

Thisi is def a beauty logic approved item.

Have you tried the korres masque?

Have you tried Korres products at all.

What did you do for July 4th?

I cut six inches of off my hair this week. lol and I love it (it's still up to my bra strap but in massive layers). if you were one of the people who e-mailed me about the hair tonic, you'll get the ingredients tomorrow.

Hugs,

DE
