So Lancome recently invited me to hang with Michelle Phan at one of her meet ups in Sephora in NYC so we could talk about her new Glamour Eyes set. I've met Michelle before, and always find her to be super sweet and humble. I'm also very inspired by Michelle and her story. This young girl who loved makeup, decided to make videos one day, and now is the #1 most subscribed beauty guru with almost 2 million subscribers, 500 million views of her vids, and a Lancome deal. That's so amazing, and it should make you believe that anything in life is possible. Anyway, Michelle said that with the set, she wanted to make sure that you could create both a daytime and nighttime look, and she loved the color purple and so do her fans (as you can see from the color of my site, so do I.).

You should have seen the crowd that came to see Michelle. The store was PACKED with her fans. (I took a pic.) I asked Michelle about her own life, and what keeps her going and does she have advice for anyone who is thinking about not making their dreams come true. Michelle in her words said, "pray. I'm very religious, and when all of this was happening, I prayed, and Jesus spoke to me and told me to keep making videos. Don't ever give up on your dreams!"

I'm loving the new tv show, Revenge, on ABC.
*A good tv show I like watching is Undercover Boss, it shows even CEO's are willing to go under cover and better their company and do good things for their employers. :) I think thats a nice thing, just like what Michelle does sometimes on youtube that do give aways for her fans.

Wow your skin looks amazing!!! Girl I look the same way before I head to the salon (except for the amazing skin). Coconut oil in my hair and some waterproof mascara (learned the hard way to only wear waterproof after I got splashed in the face when my fair was being washed! LOL)

I love all law and crime type tv shows. Well I was scrolling through on demand and found the John Grisham book The Firm had been turned into a tv show and I am totally hooked!
