Estee Lauder Sumptuous Two-Tone Eye-Opening Mascara Review

When it comes to my lashes, I don't play! The longer, the better. Even if I'm  just going grocery shopping, I want the longest lashes possible. lol,  Occasionally I do get lash extensions (but who the heck can afford those all the time).  Recently I tested  Estee Lauder Sumptuous Two-Tone Eye Opening Mascara. First of all I love how pretty the packaging is, the gold tube with  the black scripted letters. It's just gorgeous, and the best thing,  this mascara does deliver some serious lashes.  Click below for my review and before/after pic:


The mascara was inspired by Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux's backstage secret for long lashes.

It  contains two different brushes, one on each side.

For the top lashes you've got the  Big Brush Comber in black. This is a huge  mascara wand with massive bristles that captures single one of my lashes, even those itty bitty ones.

Now the Smaller MicroBrush could be a few different colors from blue, brown, and plum. I tested brown. The smaller brush is for the bottom lashes. I like the smaller brush (I don't love it. I think I would have preferred the bigger brush for my bottom lashes too.).

My thoughts on this mascara: I love how it really does give my lashes serious length. And no matter how many times I reapply it doesn't become a clumpy mess.  I also love that big brush. I find although it's big, it captures all of my lashes. The volume is pretty great too and there's very minimal smudging. Anyway, you girls know how I am, the proof is in the pudding.

Do I love it? Yes!  When two girls on the subway stop to ask me what mascara I've got on, well then I know I've got a winner.  A huge plus for me is that this mascara is fragrance free. Yes this mascara is the bomb.com!
