Lately, I have not been in the summer mood at all. Seems like everyday NYC is either miserably cloudy or rainy. I hear the weather in London is just like this. But, when I look at the new China Glaze Summer Neons collection, I instantly forget the nasty weather, and start day dreaming of hanging out by the pool, beach time with my girls, and long walks in the park with my family.
