Clarisonic Look Good Feel Better & New Hope Mia Giveaway

You girls know how much I love my Clarisonic Mia. I truly credit it for saving my skin during pregnancy. When I found out that Clarisonic was involved in the Look Good Feel Better organization, I  had to let you girls know about it. The Look Good Feel Better Organization was created to help individuals with Cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, so that they can manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence. They host two hour workshops through a network of 14,000 beauty professional volunteers  to empower women by teaching them how to overcome side effects of cancer treatments such as skin dryness and hair loss. The program also teaches techniques for makeup application and nail care and offers tips for selecting wigs. Wow, isn't that beautiful! I always tell you girls, if you look good, you feel good. You can read a post where I mention that here.

Unfortunately, I know way too many people including relatives that have been affected by cancer. I told you girls recently about the loss of a friend  to Breast Cancer and  Cassie just filmed The Wish Wizard, a movie created by the Make a Wish Foundation so that kids affected by Cancer would get their dream of being in a Hollywood movie.

Clarisonic has partnered with Look Good Feel Better to create the Limited Edition Hope Mia.
The Limited edition Clarisonic Hope Mia features a design made of inspirational phrases on the outside of the unit that is unique to this model and is in recognition of Look Good Feel Better's "Hope is Beautiful" public service ad campaign.

Beginning in October, $15 from each purchase of the Clarisonic Hope Mia will be donated to the Look Good Feel Better organization. The limited edition Hope Mia retails for $149.00 and will be available at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Clarisonic.com an other online retailers

I love how involved Clarisonic is. Did you know that since 2007 they have donated over 1 million dollars to womens health organizations through their Pink Line.

Hi!! I've been reading your blog for a year now and enjoy seeing unique posts and honest opinions about different products. I especially love your site bc your posts talk about things that we all face from time to time (i.e. feeling down, losing a loved one, needing some encouragement to push forward with dreams). Keep the positive attitude and work coming:-)

I really hope I win this. Lately my skin hasn't been cooperating with me like it used to. Breakout and blackheads as well as some dark spots. I about to give up on my ProActiv as it obviously hasn't been doing its job. Anyways, I really feel and agree that if u look good u'll definitively feel good on the inside and out. Sometimes putting mascara and a lipgloss makes me feel good on those not so sexy down days.

Extra Comment: I guess I'll tell you a little about myself:-) I'm a beauty product junkie but I mostly buy nail related products (i.e. nail polish, nail art, DIY nail kits, etc). 2 years ago, I didn't know about the huge online beauty community of people who share my same interests. I always enjoy meeting other beauty fanatics and started making youtube videos as a way for me to meet people in different areas and talk about everything nails. Love your posts!!

I love the fact they are doing this to support the cancer awareness. It's really lovely. I only wish more companies would get involved!

I love your blog because it's informative, funny and an easy read. I can come home from school and just read your blogs- it's great.

I would love a normal Clarisonic, but these are even more brilliant- they are gorgeous!

Thankyou!

xoxo

I'm a 24 yr old student, and was happy to discover the world of blogs/blogging. I read your blog because I really like your honest reviews, and advice on topics like relationships and life perspective.

I'm happy to see that so many organisations are donating to cancer (and specially research as well). I lost my mom (and grandfather to lung cancer) to breast cancer when I was 9 and all I can say is, that I only realised what an effect that had on my life path and my family, in recent years.
I REALLy hope that they will find a cure soon, since I've seen too many people lose their loved ones to cancer, as well as it being genetic, etc.

My first time cooking thanksgiving dinner was horrible. I wanted to make ham, collard greens, lima beans, candied yams, and dressing. Horrible!!! Everything turned out bad. Well almost. I burned the ham on one side, and the collards were bland and crappy tasting. Fortunately I went to my Uncles house and ate there or I would have been so upset! Oh And I took three plates home with me to make up for my poor cooking

Hope your turkey day was better. Thanks for the giveaway

I think the Look Good Feel Better campaign is a great one. Personally, my mother lost her life to breast cancer at a very young age, 27. That disease is something that has affected me because it took away someone from me that probably would have been my best friend. Aside from that, my skin needs the Clarisonic as my skin has gone thru an upheaval during my pregnancy. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your little man!

I am a huge fan of yiur blog. I am a product junkie, and enjoy reading about products that have been tested, long with hearing an honest opinion about them. I think what Clarisonic is doing for the fight against cancer is admirable. Various types of cancer run in my immediate family, and I personally ahd a breast cancer scare in my early Twenty's. That, along with other not so positive life expereinces I have had, has taught me that taking care of yourself (inside and out) can truly help to make a person feel better.

Thank you for your honest and positive vibes!

Hi, I am a 2nd yr medical school student and ever since I started med school, my skin took a turn for the worst! I admit my eating habit changed cause of endless hours of studying but the added stress didn't help either. I don't think I have yet to see a day were my skin is absolutely clear or to not be constantly reminded by the acne scars. I would love to see if a product like Clarisonic would make a difference. I would love to look good and put a clear face forward and feel better. ok thanks for this giveaway! I love reading your blog to keep me updated on latest products when I'm hiding under a rock or with my books ahah. Have a great holiday.

I own a Clarisonic & love it! I'd like to give one to my sister for Christmas & I feel this one would be perfect. We just lost our favorite aunt to ovarian cancer last year & we miss her more than words can express. I'm always touched by the fact that there are people/companies out there who truly care & are bringing awareness & support to this crucial cause. We need to find a cure soon!
One of the reasons that I love your blog is because you give us informative product reviews. <3

This is a great giveaway and a great cause! I have had 3 aunts to pass away due to various forms of cancer, as well as several close friends. So this is really great that they choose to help women feel good about how they look during that critical time.

I follow your blog because I don't know much about beauty and products and whats hot out there. I'm a stay home mom, and I just feel like I'm stuck at home all the time, but with little updates with other beauty bloggers like you both : Cassie and Milly it makes me aware of whats hot and what you ladies recommend. I've left previous comments on each blog already and I will continue to follow for tips and tricks! :) I love your guy's positive attitude and honesty. Its pretty straight forward, and thats how I know I can believe that your blog is being real.

Love, Angela

I've been using the Clarisonic Mia for a week now and it has truly made the greatest difference in my complexion in years. I am 29 years old and had been dealing with really bad acne for about two years now. The Clarisonic has not only cleared up my skin but also made it super soft. My husband told me yesterday how great my face looked and it literally made my day. I think it's great that Clarisonic is contributing to making cancer patients' lives better. Thanks for your efforts and for such a great product.

I'm actually new to your blog and I must say that I have quite a few laughs as well as quite a few interested 'hmmmm's after viewing your posts. I spent all of my Thanksgiving break away from college looking through all of the posts I've missed since you started!!!
As a college student, looking good isn't really at the forefront of my thoughts. But I know for a fact that looking good and feeling good go hand in hand, so I a small effort to put on some eyeliner or a little bronzer and feel a little better about myself.

Getting the Clarisonic would be something else I could do on a more regular basis to make sure that I look and feel good.

Best of luck to the others vying for the Clarisonic!!!.

Look Good Feel Good is truly a wonderful thing. So many people are self-conscience about how they look whether or not they've had cancer. To know there is a place people can go for comfort and help through such a difficult time is truly a blessing. I know people that have had cancer and they have enough to worry about. Helping to lift ones self-confidence is pricelessand really can help someone get through a difficult experience.

My older brother was just diagnosed with thyroid cancer. He had it removed about a month ago. He has a scar on his neck from the surgery. So far we've been lucky that he didn't have to have chemo. cancer does change small things about one's appearance or bigger things like losing your hair. Thank you so much Milly for listing me know that programs so exist to help people deal with their battle wounds from cancer and thank you Clarisonic for sponsoring such a great thing.

I love the work that Look Good Feel Better is doing. Helping individuals with cancer look good can help improve their mood, outlook, and hopefully their health.
